I offer workshops and retreats on Embodied Spirituality and Transpersonal Somatics at both retreat centers such as Esalen Institute (Big Sur, California) and various psychotherapy training programs. I have been invited to present them across several continents, including in countries such as the United States, Spain, Japan, India, Indonesia, Iran, Germany, United Kingdom, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Peru, among others.  

 

This approach considers all human dimensions—body, instincts, heart, mind, and consciousness—as equal partners on our path to integral growth and transformation. It honors the voice and wisdom of the body as the main tools for contemplative inquiry. Through mindful physical contact we explore different ways of knowing including somatic, vital, emotional, and contemplative. Individuals and professionals from all orientations can creatively incorporate the practical tools presented in this workshop in their clinical and spiritual practice, as well as in their everyday lives and intimate relationships.

• Apply practices to integrate and ground spiritual experiences into your body and everyday life, both yours and others’.
