PARLIAMENT OF THE WORLD’S RELIGIONS 2004

In 2004 Ferrer was invited by Raimon Panikkar to present his work on embodied spirituality at the Parliament of World's Religions in Barcelona, Spain. Practitioners from numerous religious traditions attended the workshop, including Buddhist and Christian monks, Hindu devotees, Sikhs, and Indigenous healers.

Ferrer has been interviewed for numerous documentaries such as The Science of the Soul, In Touch with the Deathless, Postcolonial Knowledge, and Technologies of Consciousness, as well as TV programs such as Private Matters (Marin TV, California), Meaning of Life TV (United States), and New Thinking Allowed (United States).

CREATOR OF EMBODIED SPIRITUAL INQUIRY

In 2005 Ferrer created Embodied Spiritual Inquiry, a novel integral educational approach and contemplative research method that has been featured in numerous journals, anthologies, and conferences. In 2010, after his invited teaching at Ritsumekian University (Kyoto, Japan), professors Yoshi Nakagawa and Yoshi Matsuda edited the anthology, Integral Approach: Integral Transformative Inquiry (Kyoto, Japan: Institute of Human Sciences, Ritsumeikan University).

TEDxDaltVila 2022

In 2022 Ferrer was invited to deliver one of the talks for the inauguration of TEDxDaltVila in Ibiza, Spain.
